Hi... Again

Hi peeps.
It’s been ages, I know! Sorry friends. I’ve tight up with work, crazy things happened, etc. I didn’t realize it has been already a few weeks until a good friend highlighted it to me over lunch, last Friday.
 I think you have not been eating healthy lately she said because there is no new post from you.
Haha. I am so sorry.
You know what? Today is my 35th Day. No, my 34th Day because I cheated on 23rd Nov since it was Izzat’s birthday dinner. So, I had burger and lots of French fries. So, I guess everyone would fall for a cheat day once in a while…
So progress time!
Of all three of us (Wani, Fiza and I), Wani has shown the most progress. She lost about 7 kg in total but she shrunk quite amazingly! She is now wearing size UK16 from UK18 in only 45 days. So, let me highlight some tips Wani has been doing:
1.       Drink a lot of water.
I realized wherever she goes, she has a bottle of plain water right next to her. When asked what she’s doing gulping down ONLY that, she said it helps her to determine whether she is really hungry or dehydrated. How? Whenever you hear roaring sound in your stomach, drink 200ml plain water and if the roaring stops, it means your body needs water more than anything else. But if it continues roaring, even after you’ve drank your second 200ml of water, it means you’re hungry. So, by all means, please munch J

2.       Buy a dress
She bought herself a dress. Not any of kind of dress, but a dress that is one size smaller. Funny right? Why would you buy something you can’t wear immediately? She said that keeps her motivation going. She keeps her aim high and try the dress every day. Haha. Oh, she fits the dress already by the way..

3.       Treat exercise appointments like hot dates
You know how we are always super excited whenever we have a hot date? Treat your work out session like one! She would always dressed nicely, have high ponytail and not to forget to bring very girlish tumbler for her plain water.
